Beginning on March 4^th and extending through March 6^th, D SCALE, Dennis Duffy’s modern furniture store, will be hosting an exhibit of historically important Bonsai trees.

Actually Winners!! We just couldn’t decide between these two gorgeous S.E. Windows: Congrats to OCD and Aunt Sadie’s!!!

OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Design) just opened their doors this month @ 460 Harrison Avenue offering holiday cards and beautiful gift bags and wrapping paper designed in-house.
We loved their clean contemporary design with holiday overtones…

Aunt Sadie’s at 18 Union Park Street is famous for their hand-poured candles (found all around Boston) and their eclectic collection of funky gifts items.
We loved their traditional and festive look with a touch of kitsch…

Mohr & McPherson G.O. Partaaay

Oooohh, this looks like fun! I was just in Mohr & McPherson and they have a couple of new jewelry lines that are gorgeous. And who doesn’t love a good fashion show?

“On Tuesday, October 13th, join us in celebrating the Grand Opening of our magnificent New Rug Gallery located steps from our flagship South End showroom! We will be opening our doors to friends old and new in celebration of our latest endeavor, and sharing the evening with Barakat of Cambridge.
The evening begins at 6:30pm, commencing with live music, food, wine and an interactive fashion show featuring styles from the Boston boutique Turtle. We will also host a silent auction with all proceeds going directly to Barakat.

Wichita filming in SoWa

Last week Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz were at Gaslight filming scenes for their new movie. The parking lot that houses the SoWa Open Market every Sunday was full of trailers and big trucks that generate massive amounts of electricity and caterers and crew members and security and a bunch more people doing probably-important things…

Tom Cruise’s trailer was parked right outside our back window at the office. He was there, avoiding the paparazzi, reading over lines. Where are the photos? I’m just not that kind of person! Sorry!
But lucky for you Tom Cruise’s appearance at the SoWa Open Market was captured on camera phone. Ah, technology!
